Have you caught the latest amusing spot from IBM where they slyly throw in a celebrity for you to figure out who they are? This time, some guys in a lobby are talking about biometrics, when one says "Like a bionic finger, cool." Then the guys make that "nanananana" noise from the "Six Million Dollar Man," but apparently not to the liking of Lee Majors, who played that title character back in the day. He folds down his newspaper, and quickly corrects the guys with the right "bionic noise." They just comply. You can see the ad by going to IBM's website, and click on "TV Commercials." It's called "Biometric Finger."
[Thanks, Mark!]

1. Took me five viewings and an argument with my husband to figure out that that was Lee Majors and they were doing the "bionic" noise. I thought it was from Caddy Shack when Chevy Chase hits the golf ball and says "nanananannannanananna", like a mantra. The noise from the Lee Majors series is a synthetic sound and is very hard to reproduce with your mouth. Poor commercial. Put your money somewhere else.
