Wal-Mart has apologized for running an ad in the Flagstaff, AZ area that included an image of book burning at Berlin's Opernplatz in 1933. The ad was run as a response to opposition by the local government to Wal-Mart building a store in the area.
How do ads like this get through? Is there anyone in the Wal-Mart organization who actually thought using images of Nazi facism was a good idea? While the ad was created by a third-party group the retail giant did have final say over the publication.

1. first off:'"we did not know what the photo was from. We obviously should have asked more questions," said Daphne Moore.' said by a soon to be firing the idiots in the ad approval meeting... second question is who was the third party that thought this was a good idea for an ad?
