If you happen to be a former member of Megadeth, I'd like to remind you not to use your band's name in any advertisements of any kind, lest you forget the agreement you signed. An ad appearing in Bass Player magazine featured former Megadeth bassist David Ellefson  along with the names of several of his bands, including Megadeth. Frontman Dave Mustaine is suing Ellefson for "unspecified compensatory, punitive and exemplary damages." Litigious metal rocks. It rocks hard.
