The Australian version of the Google search engine is being investigated by authorities after displaying ads for gambling sites, a big no-no in Australia. The ads, which appear based on terms typed into the search engine, are not, oddly enough, triggered by folks typing keywords like "poker" and "casino" but rather by misspellings of those same words. Between this and the recent loss against Geico for using the auto insurance company's name to trigger competitor's ads, it seems Google hasn't had the best of luck as of late.
