Maybe someone should tell CBS that the whole "talking around the water cooler" thing is just a figure of speech. At any rate, Keith Phipps mentions on the Onion's A.V. Club blog that CBS is not only displaying ads on AquaCell water coolers, but is also using placing adverts for their shows on prescription bags. Apparently people working in offices with water coolers and people suffering from bronchitis were the last two factions of society advertisers hadn't yet reached.
