It's hard to gauge just how far dissent on the Internet will reach, or how intense it will become, but at least one person has some issues with the new iPod Nano, claiming it is flawed and that the screen scratches and cracks too easily. He's designed a Web site to address the problem, and to his credit, he's being quite diplomatic about the whole thing. Apple has offered him a warranty, but we'll have to see how many other Nano owners have had issues. It's not as if he's the first person to air his irritability on the Web over a product that didn't perform to his liking, but his kind but stern approach is refreshing. It seems he's trying to reach a compromise, rather than just using his Web page to rant about his broken player.
