The good folks at SearchEngineLowdown have done everyone a favor and taken the new/upcoming MSN adCenter online ad tool out for a test drive. The impressions they give are that it is an improvement, at least in terms of interface for advertisers, over Google's AdWords functionality. Overall they like the system and give it an A-. One negative that really shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone: The interface doesn't work in the Mozilla Firefox browser, only Internet Explorer.
