  • Cable operators Comcast and Cox have partnered with wireless service provider Sprint. The agreement allows Comcast and Cox to offer Sprint's phone package to their customers and have some TV functions accessible via cellular phone.
  • "Print is dead." That's not only a Ghostbusters quote but also seems to be the sentiment of Private Capital Management, the largest shareholder in Knight Ridder. The group is urging KR to sell its newspaper assets since, let's face it, print ain't exactly growing.
