Burned woman sues Pizza Hut

When a person chooses to sue a fast food chain, it doesn't always create the best public image. However, is that still the case when it comes to people burning themselves on their food? The infamous woman who sued McDonald's when coffee spilled on her lap became the symbol of frivolous lawsuits, and ultimately it seemed to reflect much worse on her than the chain itself. Now a woman in Pennsylvania is suing a local Pizza Hut after a hot popper burned her chin. While I'm sure no chain wants to be sued, I wonder if deep down executives don't see this as just another form of advertising, even if they would never dare call it that.
