Greenpeace ad warns against polar bear endangerment

Coca-Cola isn't the only one using polar bears in commercials. Greenpeace is doing the same thing, though their ad is about how global warming is affecting the polar bear population, rather than enjoying a refreshing carbonated beverage. The ad, which is meant to echo the Coke ads, shows a polar bear cub drinking from a bottle of water as the ice around it breaks apart. Finally, the bear falls into the water, struggles, and eventually sinks. The ad even borrows an old Coke slogan for the ad, which states, "Global warming, it's the real thing -- and it's a bigger problem than you think." Greenpeace says that the polar bear may become the first animal to be placed on the endangered species list because of global warming.
