GoDaddy founder Bob Parsons has laid out plans for the companies advertising in the immediate
future. On his blog he states that the internet hosting firm will place ads on all NFC playoff games (go Bears!) airing
on Fox. There are two spots that have been produced, both starring Candice Michelle. As you might expect there were
actually two versions of one of the ads, titled "window washer" produced. One for broadcast airing and then a
special internet-only version. As for the Super Bowl, Parsons essentially tells everyone to calm down, that they didn't get last year's ad approved until mid-January so there's still plenty of time to get it the thumbs up this year. That's interesting since Parsons has a press conference scheduled for 2:30 Mountain time today to announce Super Bowl ad plans. It's a bit self-important to have a press conference to announce ad plans but, as Tom and I were discussing, GoDaddy provides so much entertainment and fodder for commentators I think they're allowed a bit of hubris. Stay tuned to AdJab for details.
