The "stars" of the MTV reality show Laguna
Beach, a show which delights in showcasing just how spoiled, amoral and bitchy a bunch of rich kids can be,
are looking to extend their 15 minutes of fame. The entire cast will appear
in a series of ads for Bongo denim wear. The campaign, put together by Iconix
Brand Group, will have the kids looking glamorous and air-brushed within an inch of their lives in print ads, on
the internet and on instore dislays where Bongo clothes are sold beginning in February. Less forgiving of whatever
epidermal imperfections they might have will be trips by the group to appear in person at stores where there may be
totally harsh lighting. The print ads will appear in exactly the sorts of magazines you would expect such as
Seventeen, US Weekly and Teen Vogue.

1. Hi
"just how spoiled, amoral and bitchy a bunch of rich kids can be" haha...very well observation...cool writing...
That was a nice story Chris Thilk. But one question, are you sure the entire staff will be campaigning for the shoot. Doing a post from your one..I thought it was six of them only. May be...I am not sure though.
