When it comes to car commercials, let's be honest - most of the time they're a dime a dozen. That's the first reason I was so impressed with this spot (thanks, IFILM) from GMC for the 2007 Yukon. The second reason was the widescreen, of course. It's really easy to show your car, it's fascinating lines, new features, and other random things. It's a whole different thing to show elements such as windmills on a landscape, a suspension bridge, or a city building and how those things influenced the creation of a vehicle. And those are some pretty big things to say you took "advice" from, too - so the Yukon better live up to what the advertising agency is saying about what the designers did with it.
