With
all the talk about Google, Yahoo and MSN being the major players in contextual ad delivery it's interesting to see
someone else is getting in the game. It seems Amazon is testing a contextual ad delivery program for members
of their Associates program. They've provided a select group of publishers and given them the code for their websites
for ad display that might not be what you're expecting. It's not just an AdSense-style listing of Amazon products but
are third-party ads that are not associated with Amazon. It's an interesting move by Amazon since they were once the
giant of internet commerce and now they've been eclipsed by Google. So the best way to continue to be relevant is to
get into the same game Google is playing.Amazon testing contextual ad system
