Dunkin'
Donuts is launching
a new campaign that plays up the retailer's convenience, which allows customers to come in, grab something to recharge
and head back out to their lives. The campaign, titled "America runs on Dunkin' Donuts" features a series of
TV spots that put everyday tasks and duties to music. The goal is not to, as the article says, make the product or
brand cooler, but to emphasize how ordinary and simple stopping at Dunkin' Donuts can be. Some of the vignettes that
make up the eight commercials depict packing up for a fishing trip, helping a kid out of a tree and the simply titled
"Doing Things."
