Diesel's weird nature

Clothing company Diesel has created a surreal Web page to promote their line of weird and gaudy jewelry. It's called Cabinet of Visions and features a cabinet with several doors which open to brief animated films featuring weird and artsy depictions of surreal animals in surreal surroundings. It's pretty to cool to look at for about five seconds, then you have to ask yourself what the heck the point is. After you watch Weird Horse bob his head up and down and then click on his Diesel necklace to get a closer look, there's really not much else to do. I don't mind virals that take me on a journey, but I expect a little more than just "here, now look at this necklace." It's a shame, because the site is well designed. I just wish the "climax" wasn't such a letdown.
