Well, yes, of course it's less painful, but nobody trims their nosehairs with pliers, anyway. They're suggesting the product as an alternative to something people don't actually do anyway, and frankly, any kind of nosehair trimmer, whether it's a BaByliss or not, is better than yanking hairs from your nose with a hand tool. It's like saying nail clippers are better for trimming your nails than say, using a chainsaw.
