Don't pluck your nosehairs with pliers

This ad is funny and clever and all that, but once you get past the joke, it really doesn't make a lot of sense. The ad shows a guy trying to pluck his nosehairs using pliers, but the ad suggests using a BaByliss nosehair trimmer, instead, because it's less painful. Well, yes, of course it's less painful, but nobody trims their nosehairs with pliers, anyway. They're suggesting the product as an alternative to something people don't actually do anyway, and frankly, any kind of nosehair trimmer, whether it's a BaByliss or not, is better than yanking hairs from your nose with a hand tool. It's like saying nail clippers are better for trimming your nails than say, using a chainsaw. It's true, sure, but it doesn't really say anything specific about your product.
