You know the glacial pace the broadcast network upfront moved at? Well it's not much better now that the upfront process has shifted to the cable networks. Seems that process is moving just as slowly. Some of the big ones like MTV have been cutting deals but lower-tier stations still haven't done much business. That's at least in part because the media buyers have still to get past ABC on the broadcast side of things.
