Motorola is continuing its push to create the illusion of individualism through conformity by releasing tattooed versions of their popular RAZR phones, designed by tattoo artist Ami James. Previously, people had their names or phrases etched into their phones, and this is simply an extension of that. Like actual tattoos, some marketers feel the new "inked" phones won't be popular with everyone, and they don't see the new designs as being especially lucrative. However, it is just another way to make the phones stand out, and that's always a good way to keep them in the public consciousness. 1. I dont think that the phone will do well because it has the tattoos on them but because the phone is different. Many people originally got the MOTO RAZR to be different, and have stayed with the phone. This is just another way to be different.
