That commercial with the scissors is really disturbing

Discover CardHave you seen this commercial yet, which Chris talked about the other day? It's for the Discover Card. It debuted during the Emmy Awards the other night, and it completely freaks me out.

It features thousands of scissors walking and jumping along a big city - with their sharp ends up! It's like someone at an ad agency got inside my head and picked a nightmare and decided to make a credit card commercial based on it. It's like that old piece of advice that mom used to give about not running with scissors, only times 10,000. Someone should make a horror movie based on this concept, thousands of scissors invading a major American city, hacking people. I can see the ads now:

"The Scissors...A Cut Above The Rest."

"From the people who brought you Paper Clips and Coffee Mug, comes...The Scissors."

You can see the ad here (click on the "have some fun" link).
