I'm all for niche advertising but this is ridiculous

Information technology company Unisys is taking targeted advertising to what just might be an unprecedented level. The company has created wrappers for this week's issue of Fortune magazine that mock-up the title's cover but with the face of one of 20 executives on them. Those one-of-a-kind personalized wrappers are being sent to just the executive on the cover. The inside of the cover will contain even more personalized greetings including a letter from Unisys about how they can help that particular person's industry, a micro-site featuring fake news footage about that person and more. It's an effort by Unisys to reverse years of mass-advertising with hyper-specific ads aimed directly at decision makers.
