As Chris mentioned a few months ago, KFC has changed its famous log featuring Colonel Harland Sanders. Don't fret, though, Colonel Sanders is still part of the logo and he still looks like Orville Redenbacher's older and wiser brother, but instead of his dapper white suit he now wears a red apron. The colors are also bolder and more vibrant, and the Colonel's face is more prominent and doesn't blend into the logo like the old one did. To the casual observer, the logo doesn't look that much different, which I think is just fine. This feels like a good example of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." Adding a few subtle touches to the Colonel makes more sense than say, giving him a pair of shades and a motorcycle.
Also, I'm really hungry for chicken now. I shouldn't write about food so close to lunch.
