Is he really drunk? There's no way to know for sure, but Orson Welles certainly appears to be sauced in these outtakes from a Paul Masson commercial. Welles did a series of commercials for the wine maker in the '70s, and quite frankly, I think they should have used these outtakes for the ad instead, they're certainly more memorable. A
