Are you ready for a lawsuit?

Tom BradyNew England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady won't be yodeling "Yahooooooooo!" anytime soon.

Seems the media company was using his photo in banner ads and also in a Sports Ilustrated ad promoting their Fantasy Football League, which at 4.4 million users is the largest on the web. Brady says that he's not only a football star, he is a "worldwide celebrity" because he once hosted Saturday Night Live. I haven't read the entire lawsuit, but I really hope that there are more examples of his worldwide celebrity-ness than hosting SNL. Brady says that Yahoo used his pic without his permission and that people will think he's endorsing the game.

The Smoking Gun has all the details, of course.
