61. While I agree that this was wrong, I still don't see why so many people have to act like the human body is really so evil. I would have laughed at this. It is good the kid told his parents, but nudity is NOT pornograghy. If it had shown people engaging in sexual acts, I might agree. Seeing a naked human body is such a major taboo in socity, yet no one seems to complain about their child playing doom and blasting alien guts everywhere. Why is that? Especially when every High School student is exposed to the nude human body at some point in Biology class. Unless the kid is going to a religious school, where they are taught that the human body is evil, despite the fact they believe in some higher power who created it.

65. I had a very similar experience happen to me several years from a CD that was purchased from Circuit City and given to me as a birthday gift. It was a dual CD of Neil Diamond. Only problem, it was not Neil Diamond nor his songs on the CD. I had absolutely no idea who it was; but, when I went to take it back to Circuit City for an exchange, it almost took an act of congress, even though the packaging, etc. was clearly marked as being purchased from them. These situations make you wonder if something weird is going on at CC.

67. i think it is pretty interesting as to how "mormons" are always going to be the ones nailed if it has to do with utah. you know there are other people in the state with morals and values besides them. however, being one myself i guess i see only the humor in it. i think this kid if anything did what most kids his age would do. we under estimate our youth sometimes. good for him and his family.

This is one of the problems with society today. People make honest mistakes, and folks like "PlaidKnickers&Psalms4Me" talk about suing! Where are the morals in this? I'm sure there was no malicious intent in putting the wrong disc in that game package, and the manufacturer of the game replaced the bad disc with the correct one. Should be the end of the story? But no...no such thing as moving on with people like "PlaidKnickers&Psalms4Me" talking about getting the courts involved. People like that make me sick! It was an honest mistake, and unless the poor 14 year old boy was emotionally traumatized (how much of the disc did he sit and watch before telling his mom and dad, by the way?), the manufacturer just needs to apologize, replace the disc and everybody go about their lives as if the world didn't suddenly come to an end. oh yeah...the world didn't come to an end. Let's keep in mind what a wonderful job our Christian, g-d fearing president and congress have been doing over the past 6 years. Maybe if we spent a little less time being concerned with naked people and become more interested in a true way to fight terrorism, fix the economy and getting our leaders to work together rather than standing on partisan soap boxes, we could accomplish some really important goals.
